A White affair

Nude side split coat-Topshop | Collared Studio wrap jumpsuit-Zara (sold out) Leopard print version here  | Shoes-Topshop (old season)

There is a story to how I became the proud owner of this classic, tailored, crisp, white, studio jumpsuit from Zara. Being the Instagram addict that I am, I came across Zara's April/May lookbook pictures mid April and fell in love with it straight away. Checking Zara's 'New in' section on the website every day at least five times became a must until one night after work, I clicked on to it and to my horror there it was, completely sold out.
The next day between uni classes I travelled to Oxford Circus and searched two stores until I found my size. And here I am, despite looking unbelievably moody in my pictures I am so so happy to have this in my wardrobe. The slouchy yet tailored fit is perfect and with my new Topshop side split coat it created the perfect white outfit.

I hope you have all enjoyed the bank holiday weekend. Mine has been filled with work, pattern cutting and lots of good food.

What are your thoughts on all white outfits...yay or nay?

STYLE IT | How to # 8 | Vanilla Tones

Style it | How to # 8 | Vanilla Tones

All from Topshop

It's been busy few weeks for me. Deadlines are coming up and I have so much to do. Outfit posts have once again taken a back set. However, I can't get enough of all of these Vanilla tones popping up everywhere. It's like someone knows I am craving a much warmer tone of white. I guess a good transitional tone to get us ready for autumn (hang on a sec....we have not even had summer).

Anyhoo. I don't know about you but this jacket is so nearly in my Topshop basket right now. Maybe I should treat myself for all the hard work.

Until next time

The Harrow

Coral ankle grazer trousers-ASOS || White grandad bib shirt-ASOS || Nude block heel sandals-ASOS || Coral clutch bag-ASOS || Cream Vintage diamond shape earrings-Unknown (Birthday present from Corrie my B&L Bitch)

A bright post, all courtesy of ASOS. As some of you may know it was my birthday last week. And ALOT of my presents ended up coming from ASOS. All year round I have a saved items list on the website. Constantly being changed, added to etc. It was too easy to send my Dad, Sister and Tom a wish list a few weeks before....and so I ended up with many an item from ASOS and I am not complaining. This was a little outfit I put together to cheer myself up. It had been raining all day and when Tom got home from work I got him to take some quick snaps, him in the rain and me sheltered by my porch.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. More outfit posts this week I promise as I have so many new lovely things to show you all, including a new All Saints sleeveless blazer from a little event which was previously owned by Jessie Ware, all mine for £15!

Until then, Mwah

EDITORIAL || DOUBLE UP for Spindle Magazine

All photos from Spindle Magazine

So a couple of months ago I ended up assisting on this shoot, mainly working along side Charlotte the stylist helping to keep all the clothes organised and to help her get everything ready for each look. It was really exciting for me as it was the first time I have been involved in a proper shoot in a studio and it was great to see what and how everything happens behind the scenes.

The theme for the shoot was 'Double up' and the idea behind it was to feature co-ordinates, a massive trend for SS14 and I am sure it will continue into AW14/15. It was great to see all the clothes and everyone was so lovely throughout the day which made it even more enjoyable. I wanted to share the amazing photos that the photographer Amy Barton took throughout the day from the editorial from Spindle as they all look incredible. It was also great watching Danni the make up artist transform the models ready for the shoot, and of course, Charlotte did a fab job of finding some incredible clothes, shoes and accessories which just made me want to go on a massive shopping spree!

Anyway, thats all for now; Enjoy your bank holiday weekends. Its my birthday tomorrow so I am very excited to continue my birthday celebrations and catch up with some friends over the next few days.

Thanks for reading!
